Job Descriptions

1. Join a small team with very high skilled team of professionals in around the worlds, very high requirement on delivering the great quality results.

2. Providing technical solutions for various domains: video conference, internet marketing, social networks, e-commerce and software consultant.

3. Developing application features and integrate our works with efforts of other teams around the world.

4. Writing technical and other documentations follow Agile software process.

5. Be able to work independently and solve complex issues with brilliant solutions, that sometimes you can not search solutions by google or any search engine. You are one of the first persons work on some specific problem and without any help from others!

 

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

Excellent logical thinking ability, fast learners and ambitious of delivering the excellent work to eSoftHead clients.

Ability to work under pressure.

Have 2 years experience at least one of following technologies and tools:

- Java: Hibernate, Spring, Java 5 Thread model, iBatis, Ehcache

- PHP: Zend framework, Smarty

- Python: Djagon

- Flex: Cairgorm, PureMVC, Blazeds, Granite

Have 1 year experience at least one of following domains and solutions:

- Ecommerce: Paypal, Amazon

- Groupware: video conference, video codecs, chat protocol, document management etc

- SOA: Web services, Enterprise Service Bus, Enterprise Integration Patterns

- Enterprise solutions: Caching, Cloud computing, batch processing, scripting and scheduling etc

NICE TO HAVE:

- Linux administrator skills

- iPhone/Blackberry programming skills

- Knowledge of Agile process and its practices.

- Experience in working with multi regions development teams with various cultures.

- UI Experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript/Ajax a big plus.
